For the past 16 years we have
tried to place our Tech's outside of major metropolitan areas . The theory
was that we could handle anything either inside or outside the city . Due
to our length in business I'd say it was a success . Many of our Techs
will travel in regards to installations . This creates a constant
crisscrossing effect and opens doors in regards to service. You may have
a rural location and avoid calling anyone for the most advanced technology
due to travel expense you think you'll be charged when in fact help is in
your town at the local gas pump filling up .
We have a full time Dispatcher that , if accepted , can route your service usually
within Two hours
of receiving the Service ticket . Your Service tickets can either be sent via email or by fax .
